Second Serious Blaze In Dubai Tower
Yet another serious high rise tower fire broke out on 18th November 2012 in the 34 storey Tamweel Tower in the Jumeirah Lakes Tower (JLT) complex. The fire apparently started around 0130 on the roof of the building and quickly spread down the external cladding panels of the tower. Burning panels showered flaming fragments down into the car park at street level. » Read
Two Serious Fire Outbreaks in Dubai Towers
A serious fire occured in the 13- storey Saif Belhasa residential apartment building in the Tecom district of Dubai on 6th October 2012, causing injuries to two people and major damage to nine floors of the tower block. Two children were also treated for breathing difficulties after inhaling smoke during the evacuation. Seven families were rendered homeless in the aftermath of the fire. » Read
